City Council Meeting-Third Grade Style

Today I and some other councilmembers are speaking to two groups of third graders. My 15 minutes will be a mock city council meeting. The third grade city council will decide whether to amend Orem's dog ordinance to ban specific breeds. The "real" City Council has not formally discussed this and I am still doing research, so I will be interested to hear what some of Orem's third graders think.
